The Pilot Electric Brake Controller, part # 80550 would work just fine on your F250. Brake controllers are not vehicle specific, you can use a controller on virtually any vehicle, I have even heard of people using then for trailers being pulled by motorcycles.
In addition to the controller, you will also need the brake controller wiring adapter, part # 3035-P. You'd need to cut off the black connector on the adapter, and wire directly to the wires on your controller, color for color.
