Help Please!! My suv did not come with crossover bars on the roof. I have the rails. I was to carry two kayaks on the roof. The dealer wants a arm and a leg for the crossover bars. What can I do. I ordered and received universal crossover from bass pro shop which did not work. I returned them. Thank you

The Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # TH859XT that you referenced must have crossbars installed on your 2010 Dodge Nitro, for the rack to work. If you have crossbars, check if they are between 20 inches and 37 inches apart. If they are, you are in business and this rack will work.
