What type of Falcon roadmaster towing package would I need, to hook up to motor home. I hav a 2000 VW beetle 5 speed ???

The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521225-1 will fit your 2000 VW Beetle but you will have to remove the fog lights.
