Question:
you show brake controller brake signal orange wire installation instructions for late model Motorhome pre 2006.On relay at #30 orange wire which wire is it for the prodigy. I was told that the blue goes to the the trailer connector, black to positive white to ground, red to the fuse control center wire # 102. so my question is since it says hook the orange wire from UTB #30 on relay to controller harness which wire is this on the prodigy 2?.Also at #85 on relay is it hot all the time?.

You are correct, the blue wire goes to the brake output circuit of the 7-way on your motorhome, the white wire goes to the ground of your battery, the black wire will run to the positive post of your MH battery through a 20 amp circuit breaker like part # PK54220, and the red wire goes to the cold side of your stop light switch on the brake pedal, in your case it should be the wire number 102 in your fuse control center. This circuit will see 12 volts when the brakes are applied and none when released.
If you can make all those connections you would not need to mess with any aftermarket relays to install the controller.
