I recommend going with the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller, # 90885, for your 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK. This brake controller activates the trailer brakes in proportion to your Jeep's braking action.
If your Jeep is not equipped with a factory tow package, you will need to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C55124, and our Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller, # ETBC7, in order to operate the brake controller.
