The hoops of the Erickson tow strap # EM59796 you referred to are compatible with the MaxxTow Tow Strap Loop, part # MT70029. Keep in mind, the tow strap has a 15,000 lb capacity, but a safe working load limit (WLL) of 7,500 lbs, which means you wouldn't want to exceed the WLL of the strap.
