Question:
can an access hole be drilled into the bumper to allow for the spare tire to be lowered or will this weaken the bumper? i have a 2001 dodge dakota slt 4.7 liter. Thanks

I can't safely recommend you modify the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit # 63000-93800 as it will void the warranty and could possibly reduce the weight ratings for the hitch.
