I purchased a Curt #56040 for my Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid, along with a #13135 trailer hitch. Got the hitch mounted and cannot find where to tie in the wiring harness? Where does this connect for a Hybrid? No where in the instructions, or your website does it state that the #56040 is not compatable with a Hybrid? Please let me know. Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Curt and verified that the information on our website is correct, the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C56040, is not compatible with the Hybrid models and is listed as excluded. However, they do have the Custom Curt T-Connector # C56243 that will simply plug into current wiring and will be easier to install than other kits. This harness will work with the Hybrid model.
