The Firestone # F4170 is designed to help suspend cargo carried in the rear of your Hyundai Santa Fe. There are several possible causes for tire cupping. I'd recommend having a tire shop examine the tires, suspension and alignment for anything that's worn, damaged or out of adjustment. You mention that the wheels are leaning.. this could indicate failing wheel bearings. I'd urge you to get your vehicle checked out by a mechanic.
A suspension enhancement product will NOT increase the load bearing capability of the vehicle, but would lessen the sag caused by heavy cargo carried above the rear axle in the cargo area of your Santa Fe. The Coil Rite Air Helper Springs are intended to be used on suspensions that are in good shape.
If you're towing with your Santa Fe, be sure you're not exceeding the towing or tongue weight capacity of the vehicle or the hitch you're using.
Long story short, using the Coil Rite springs won't fix your cupping or leaning tires, as there are likely worn or damaged parts that are affecting the way your tires are contacting the pavement.

I just installed the Firestone 4170 air springs on my ‘07 Santa Fe Limited. The concept is great but I think the parts are incorrectly specified. The actual air springs need to be about 1” taller. When the suspension is fully extended such as when one wheel is off the ground (changing a tire, or going on a rough road) the cup can separate from the jounce bumper mount. What I noticed is that when the suspension is re-compressed, the cup can miss align, thereby apply stress on the weak brass fittings and causing a leak. So now I do have a small leak - I can fix that with a compressor. But I’m worried about towing my trailer on a dirt road and having everything fail on me.
