Can you tell me which of the bumper steps will fit my 2014 Ram 3500?

Assuming that your 2014 Dodge Ram is equipped with a 2 inch hitch, I recommend going with the Bully Black Bull Hitch Step, # BBS-1102. This step measures 5 inches from the hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the step.
If your Ram is equipped with a 2-1/2 inch receiver, you will need to use the Curt Reducer Sleeve, # C45405, to reduce the size of your receiver opening to 2 inches since there are no hitch steps available for the 2-1/2 inch hitch receiver.
I have attached a link to all of the hitch/bumper steps that we have available for a 2 inch hitch. If there is a specific one that you are interested in, please let me know the distance from your hitch pin hole to the outside edge of your bumper and I would be happy to see if the step will work on your Ram.
In addition to the step, you will need a standard hitch pin and clip, part # PC3, or # e98880 for a receiver lock.
