Troubleshooting Putco Optic 360 High Power LED # P250001W not Fitting on a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500

Question:

The p 250001 W LED compression style 360. Talked with Putco engineer. He said that part number P 250001 W was an issue with the size of the compression clip with some of the 2014 GMC sierras. He actually told me to take compresion clips off the factory hids and put on the Putco LED 250001 w. Is that even possible I thought they were one piece.

Putco would know if it's possible, they have designed several HID bulbs like the part # P250001W that you have and if they say that part of the connector is removable I would believe them. Try it first and see if you are able to pull it off.
