Question:
Hello I have a Hyundai elantra touring and want to know if the Swagman RV Traveler XCS-style platform part number: s64664 with the hiden hitch ball mount with extra long shank 2-inch part number 80232 would be good for my car? also with the anti-rattle device what is the part number of this device? . Are what we can put a padlock to protect against bike theft? and I would also pull a travel trailer 750 lbs along with bikes. thank you.

The available hitch receivers for your 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring Hatchback edition are all light-duty Class I types with a 1-1/4-inch receiver opening. The Hidden Hitch ball mount you referenced fits 2-inch hitches only and is not compatible with any of these. Likewise, the Swagman towing bike rack you referenced, part # S64664, fits 2-inch ball mounts and will not be compatible with the ball mounts that fit these hitches. No 1-1/4-inch towing racks are offered since the hitches of this size lack the required capacity.
For reference, I have linked you to the page showing all available hitches for your Elantra. I suggest the Draw-Tite # 24844 for its lower cost. This hitch installs without drilling using the included hardware but you will need to temporarily lower the exhaust for better access to the hitch mounting points and you'll also need to remove the external dress panel beneath the vehicle. Two articles with helpful hitch installation tips are linked for your review. A install video is linked also.
A Class I hitch has only a 200-lb tongue weight capacity (tongue weight is the downward force applied to a hitch). This 200-lb capacity has to be enough for the tongue weight of your loaded trailer. If used with a compatible Class I bike rack you are limited to carrying only two bikes. A link is provided to show you all compatible 2-bike Class I racks.
Tow tow your 750-lb trailer you will also need a ball mount, part # 3594; a hitch ball, either part # 19256 for a 1-7/8-inch size or part # 19258 for a 2-inch size; and a wiring harness, part # 118473 from TowReady.
