Does a Bumper Welded to a Trailer Frame Have the Capacity for a Skid Wheel part # UF48-979014

Question:
I do not have a hitch but the rear bumper on my camper, like most others, is a square tube welded straight to the frame. Is this strong enough to support a portion of the weight while the wheels keep it from dragging. I think it would be fine but I want the expert opinion before bending up the bumper.

The trailer of your bumper is welded to your frame so it should be very strong, it's also designed to take the brunt of the impact in an accident. I would say that your bumper should be strong enough to have the Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels # UF48-979014 installed on them.
