What is the height of the wheel from bottom of the wheel to where the bottom plate should be?

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a set of the Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels # UF48-979014 and found that the distance from the bottom of the wheel to where the bottom plate will be is 5-3/4 inches.
