Question:
Will your right line cargo hatch saddlebag fit on 2010 Honda fit sport with spoiler?

I do not recommend using the Rightline Saddlebag, # RL100B90, on your 2010 Honda Fit Sport because of the spoiler and because the bag would block much of the rear visibility on the Fit.
To carry cargo on the rear of the FIt you can install a trailer hitch, # C11064, and use a hitch mount cargo carrier, # C18110, with cargo bag # e98990, and stabilizer strap # 18050. Please consult the vehicle owners manual for the towing and tongue weight capacities. The combined weight of the carrier (about 25 pounds) and the cargo loaded on it cannot exceed the vehicle tongue weight capacity or the hitch's 200 pound capacity, whichever is lower.
You could also carry cargo on the roof of your fit, even without a roof rack. You could use a cargo bag such as # RL100S30 and use the car clips, # RL100605, with it. If you go this route, I also recommend protective pad # RL100650 to not only protect the roof but to keep the bag from moving in transit.
Please consult the owner's manual and/or Honda for the roof weight carrying capacity before loading.
