Question:

Based on your experience, is the top/roof of this cover considered more or less durable than comparable covers. I have had some problems with the roof panels failing when everything else looks good.

Hi James! I understand your concern, especially if you've had roof panels fail while the rest of the cover was still in good shape. I don't have enough personal experience with the roof durability of the Classic Accessories PolyPro III Deluxe RV Cover, part # 052963793635, to say how it compares directly with other covers.

However, if I were looking for a cover with a roof material designed to handle sun exposure and the elements, I'd lean toward the ADCO SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Class C Motorhomes up to 26' Long, part # 290-52843. ADCO offers covers with roof panels designed to provide UV protection and resist weather related wear.

Is your motorhome between 23' 1" and 26' long? To check the fit, measure from the front bumper to the rear bumper, including any rear mounted spare tire carrier or ladder. You'll also want to measure the height from the bottom of the RV to the roof, but you can leave out air conditioners, vents, and antennas since the cover is designed to accommodate those.

Where will it live? full sun, windy lot, under trees, or snow-heavy winters?
