Hey Elmer,

If you have a 2" square axle, you shouldn't need to weld on the # CES75WR spring seats for this conversion. The leaf springs can sit directly against the flat side of the square axle, and a square-axle U-bolt kit # CE23103 can clamp everything together.

You will just want to make sure there is a locating hole on the new side of the axle for the leaf spring center bolt. If there isn't one already, one may need to be drilled so the spring is properly located and can't shift. That locating point is basically what the spring seat would otherwise provide.

The exception would be if your axle already has welded-on spring seats. Those would need to be removed before repositioning the axle, and that can get tricky since cutting them off can damage the axle tube and require welding to repair.

If you can give a bit more info on your setup, I can help verify that the # CE23103 is all you need.
