Can the hardware inside of the nerf bar be replaced?

Hey Michael,
No, the hardware inside the ends of the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-2400 and Black Bars # 23-2405 do not have replacement hardware available. If you have a stripped or rusted nut in the end of the tubes, your only option is to cut them out and have a new nut welded in place in the same orientation, which could be tricky unless you are an experienced welder. A welding shop could easily do that or fabricate another method to get the ends attached safely back onto the mounting brackets.
