Hardware for 2003 Chevy Tahoe for Mounting Grille Guard

I purchased a grille guard off an older gentlemen off a 2003 suburban and want to install it onto my 2003 tahoe z71. It was quiet a drive, the gentlemen gave all the hardware however, when trying to install it I was left over with extra hardware. Then I realized that the mounting brackets were missing. Based on my research it looks to be a pre-2006 type of grille guard. Is there any product that you may have that can fit my grille guard. The grille guard has two arms that stick in between the grille and bumper and well the two hooks that bolt on with 2 bolts by where the tow hooks go.

Do you have any idea of what brand of grille guard it is? Our best option is going to be the hardware kit for a Westin Sportsman that fits your 2003 Chevy Tahoe part # 40-018PK. This was designed for a Westin guard but if you were desperate for something to use as a base to start modifying a set of brackets this would be best option since it matches the vehicle side.
