Hello Zach,
Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
You said you are looking for 1 1/4" to 2" adapter, but asked it on a 2" to 1 1/4" reducer sleeve, so if you really mean a reducer please let me know.
I checked our 1-1/4" to 2" hitch adapters, and I don't have one with the shorter 4" extension you're looking for. The shortest straight option I have is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter # C45785, which measures 6" from the center of one hitch pin hole to the center of the other (please see attached image).
One thing to keep in mind with an adapter like this is that using it will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50 percent.
What are you wanting to use the 2" receiver for?

I purchased the Brophy HT02 adapter 16 months ago. It performs the job as advertised and I'm satisfied with the product. To be clear as to what this product does: I have a 2" receiver on my vehicle and a bike rack with a 1-1/4" stem. After installing the adapter to my vehicle, it ends up extending exactly 3 inches beyond the lip of the native 2" receiver (although this will vary depending on the design of the native receiver). I enhanced the adapter by adding an anti-rattle lock (#63232), which completely eliminates horizontal - but not vertical - play between the native receiver and the adapter. My only gripe, albeit a minor one, is that the adapter powder coat completely wore off after 12 months. Since I like to keep my car shiny this is a rusty blemish, but the adapter is otherwise very stout and functions great!
