Hello Gary,
Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
The outer tube on the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e83KV, which is the portion that passes through the mounting hole in your trailer's A-frame, has a 2-1/4" diameter.
If you are replacing an existing jack, you will want to make sure the opening in your A-frame can accommodate that 2-1/4" outer tube. I really like how our comes with the scale, no more guessing on what your actual tongue weight is.
What kind of trailer are you putting the new jack on?
