Thanks for writing in.
For the Phoenix USA Front Hub Cover w/ Pop Out # PXQ820F, we have the Replacement Center Pop-Out # PHX39FR and the Replacement Phoenix USA Hub Cover # PXPQ1100FHC available separately. I am sorry, but Phoenix USA does not offer the individual lug nut covers separately.
You would need to purchase a new Phoenix USA Front Hub Cover w/ Pop Out # PXQ820F to get the lug nut covers. At least then you will have some extra parts on hand in case you ever need them in the future.
What kind of rig do you have these on?
