Thanks for your question Cordell. Unfortunately, Specialty Recreation doesn't publish the thickness of the foam base on the # SR66GD bathtub. Normally, I'd be happy to run down to our warehouse and take that measurement for you, but we don't currently have one in stock. What I can tell you is that the bathtub measures 11-1/2 inches from the top of the tile flange to the bottom of the foam insert. The foam base is tapered, becoming progressively thicker as it moves away from the drain side of the tub.
