Hi Robert!
The RV Designer RV Rear Bumper - Tube Style - 89" Long # RD59SR does not have a weight capacity. It's made of 1/16" steel so it will have some, but it's going to be the way you attach it that gives it carrying/weight capacity.
Typically, with just a basic two-point attachment, it will have 100 to 150 pounds of capacity. The beefier those attachments are and if you add more bracing to it, the higher that capacity will be. That said, I don't have a way to give you an accurate assessment of how much capacity that will be.
