Question:
Hooked them up and have no lights. How are they be wired? There was nothing with the lights. I have only 2 wires feeding it. A black ground and a red hot wire. I connected the lights black wire to the tractor black wire and wrapped the 2 leftover wires from the new lights together with the red hot wire on the tractor. No lights. I tested the wires before I hooked them up and the tractor wires seemed to have power.

Hey Duane, for the Dual Face LED Trailer Light # OPT99NR the wiring color functions are as follows:
White = Ground
Black = Running/Parking light (+12V)
Red = Turn signal (+12V)
Since you ran the ground to the black wire that would be where you issue is.
