Hey Jeffery, thanks for reaching out. Yep, it sure will! The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13511 fits all models of the 1998-2003 Sienna, so it'll be a great fit for your 2002. It'll be a pretty straightforward install as far as hitches go. It bolts right on, you'll just need to temporarily lower the exhaust and spare tire to get the hitch into place. Also, if you have tow hooks on the rear, those will need to be permanently removed. That aside, it'll be a pretty standard bolt-on installation.
