Looking for Taller Toilet than Thetford Low Profile 31687 for Jayco

Question:
I want to to replace my existing Thetford toilet with an upgraded high profile model. The model is a 31687 in a 2020 Jayco Jay Flight 245 RLS. SN is 190618-31687-0345.I have contacted Thetford three times via email and have not heard from them. Do you have an answer? Beat regards,

Hey David, to replace what you have now with a high profile RV toilet I recommend the Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II High Profile # TH49FR. This has a much taller seat height at 17-1/2 inches and fits the same rough in dimension as what you have now so the install will be easy as well.

Yes, it definitely worked fine for us. It was better than what came in the original toilet. All I had to do is measure the distance to make sure that I didn't touch against the wall. I would definitely buy it again.
