Hey John. For a ball mount with a D-ring, I recommend the Patriot Hitches 4-Way 3-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches item # PH34FV or for 2-1/2 Hitches item # PH74FV. These are the only style of ball mounts we carry with d-rings built into them that aren't adjustable.

These ball mounts have a 30,000 lbs capacity and include a built in D-ring for recovery or towing. They also include a 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" hitch balls.

The Patriot Hitches for 2" Hitches item # PH34FV or for 2-1/2 Hitches item # PH74FV are 13" long and 7-1/4" wide and tall. They have two hitch pin holes built into the shanks to provide extra clearance.
