Hi Fred,
The Pewag Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern w/Manual Tensioning part # PWE2226S are a fit for your tire size but are designed for individual rear tires and not a dually set up like your 2020 Ford F-450 Dually. I reached out to Pewag and explained your set up to them and they recommended you use the Pewag Dually Tire Chains w/Cams - Ladder Pattern part # PWE4226SC. They have grooved square links to help dig into snow, mud, or ice and are easily tightened around your tires with the built-in cams. They will sit a little larger as they fit 295/65-70 tires, but Pewag assured me this size difference would not affect the performance of the chain and that they will still fit. The only thing that may affect the fit of the chain is if your tires are Michelin tires. The Pewag rep explained that the tread on Michelin tires is out of spec for those size tires and fits more like a 295/80-20 than a 295/65-20 which would mean these chains would be too small.
What brand tires do you have on your truck?
