Can this replace a 3 hole Faucet?

Hey Linda! Yes, you can use the Empire Faucets # EM35PR to replace a 3-hole faucet, but it really comes down to spacing. This single-hole faucet includes a deck plate measuring 5-3/4" wide x 2-1/4" deep.
If your existing outer holes fall within that footprint the plate will cover them. If they’re spaced wider apart, those outer holes would still be visible and you’d need to add some kind of hole covers to finish it off cleanly.

Faucets work fine except for little tight for the hot water side. This was in the bathroom in a class C. Motor home.
