According to Draw-Tite, the Class III # 76138 is indeed compatible with your 2015 Mazda CX-5.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing purposes, you would also need the following items to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness, part # 118563
Ball mount, part # 2753
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260 or 2 inch ball, part # 63845
Locking hitch pin, part # e98882
