Hi Michael,
Yes, you can absolutely purchase those pieces separately. We do have the square crossbars available as an individual part under part # TH712300, and the Evo Clamp feet are also available on their own as part # TH710501, which comes as a set of four.
Since you already have the base clips and pads, you can just order these two components and reuse your existing fit kit for installation.
What vehicle are you planning to install this on?
