Hello, I’m looking for some parts for a Reese 63138 4 bike rack. Most importantly I’m looking for the main anti wobble bolt or a locking bolt. It is to be threaded and instructions that I found online say it is a 5/8 anti wobble bolt. I’m also looking for replacement foam for the tub tube clamps as well as straps for the wheels. Thank you.

Hey Brandon, thanks for the information! To replace your wheel straps, you'll need the Replacement Hook-and-Loop Straps for Reese Q-Slot Bike Carrier - Qty 4 item # 63135. This kit contains four of the straps that anchor your bikes' wheels to the wheel hoops. They measure 17" long x 3/4" wide.
While we don't have the Reese anti rattle hitch pin that is designed for the Pro Series Q2 bike rack pn 63138 we have found that the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock item # SA3022 works extremely well with the Reese Q-Slot 4-bike bike rack. This is a 5/8" pin with a useable bolt length of 3-5/8" and works with 2" hitches. It matches up with the thread pattern on your bike rack's shank so you won't have to worry about stripping them out.
The Replacement Foam Pad item # HRSPR-FP is going to be the best available option to replace the padding on the hook arms. It has an inside diameter of 5/8" which should work for you bike rack, but you will want to measure to be sure. This foam comes as a quantity of 1 and is 9" long.
