I need 18 inch hydraulic brake line male to female 3/8 by 24 thread, and 24-in 3/8 by 24 thread male to male swivel on each end

Hey Michael, welcome back! The Hydraulic Flex Hose item # 18018-SF is the only option we have available with a swivel fitting that has male and female 3/8"-24 UNF fittings. The male end has a 90° bend on one end and the thread piece separate.
We also have the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Hose item # bh-3mfs-1-5 with 3/8"-24 male swivel UNF fittings on both ends.
Both of these hydraulic brake hoses are 18" long and will work with the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator item # DM62VR you purchased earlier this month.
