What is the height of the brackets to the bottom of the tray. Not the top but the actual height that is lost?

That's a great question, Garland.
The space between the floor of your cargo area and the bottom of the MORryde RV Cargo Slide Tray # MR82FR is about 1.6". If your door lip is taller than that, you’ll want to add the Height Adjustment Kit # MR34VR to give you the extra clearance.
That kit lets you adjust the height of the tray to a few different heights, 1.625", 2.5", 2.8", or 3.125", so you can get it to clear the lip without any issues.
