Will Rightline Cargo Hatch Saddlebag Block Tail Lights On 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon
Question:
I drive a 2011 Subaru Outback. I coach a USSSA travel softball team and will be responsible for transporting team equipment to Ocean City, Maryland. Will the Rightline Cargo Hatch Saddlebag RL100B90 fit my car? It appeals to me because of the bulk of the equipment batters helmets, bats, buckets of balls that I will be transporting. Also, will my tail lights be visible? I will be transporting teenagers as well. Thank you

For your 2011 Subaru Outback Wagon I recommend taking a measurement to see if you have the needed clearance to make sure you do not block your tail lights when using the Rightline Gear Roof Cargo Carrier, part # RL100B90. In order to make certain it does not interfere with your tail lights, you will need at least 40 inches between your tail lights. The bag is 28 inches tall and 20 inches deep. The weight capacity is listed at 100 lbs. This bag also has a license plate sleeve if the cargo bag happens to block that from view as well.
If you do not have a roof rack to attach the cargo bag to, we offer the Rightline Car Clips, part # RL100605. These rubber-coated steel hooks clip to the top of the hatch door.
I have attached a product review video you can check out.
