I have a new Blue Ox tow bar and i am looking at a 2015 Kia Soul for a Toad. Do you have a base plate that will link the Kia to my tow bar

Hi Russell!

We do indeed have a base plate that will match your Blue Ox tow bar. For that, you will want the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX2726. Blue Ox stuff has always used the same connections, so there issues with what you have mating to this base plate.

Do you already have wiring and a braking system? If not, you will want the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267 for the wiring and something like the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System # BLU37TR. There are other braking systems if you prefer something different (I included this one because I like it and it's reliable), but this wiring kit is the one that will get them working properly.

What kind of RV are you going to be towing your Kia with? Oh and one other thing, is your Soul a manual or automatic?
