I just would like to confirm that there’s no roof rack/ladder rack that would fit with a cover? I need some options that would work to have both!

Hello Jean, thanks for reaching out. For the 2023 Honda Ridgeline, there isn't a ladder rack that would be compatible with the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39602 you mentioned, but we do offer a ladder rack/tonneau cover combination for this vehicle. For that I recommend the following:

This has a roll-up tonneau and ladder rack that install using the same shared rail system, so they can install without interfering with each other. You can keep items in the bed out of the elements, and carry all your cargo on the JayBars. Overall a very solid setup. This is currently the only ladder rack/tonneau combo for the 2023 Ridgeline.
