Can Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System Connect to 7-Way 12V Power

Question:
I have a 7-way plug connector wired in the bed of my truck. Can I use that with a new 7 way plug wired for 12V and a ground to power the AirLift compressor? Part Number: AL25980. Or must the 12V wire be run direct to the battery? My truck is a 2017 Ram 2500 Thank you Jason

Hey Jason! You need to connect the Air Lift WirelessONE # AL25980 directly to the battery. It would be convenient to run it to your 7-way, but you don't want to overload the circuit and mess up your wiring. See the attached photo.
Do you already have air bags on your 2017 Ram 2500 or are you adding those as well?

Air lift wireless one was recommended by a friend of mine who had installed one on a friends truck, This system was an easy system to install and has been in use for almost two years now without any issues . I have a 2500 Chevy hd and tow a fifth wheel camper and adding the Firestone air bags with the air lift was a great match together . I wired it directed to the battery like the instructions call for . I would use this system again and again works awesome.
