Parts Needed to Use Old Thule Square Bars on 2020 Ford Explorer With Raised Rails

Question:

Hello, I currently have an older square bar Thule set up that I’m trying to fit to a 2020 ford explorer ST with the factory raised rails. Can you clarify if there is an INNO foot kit that will attach to the factory rails and accept the Thule square bars?

Hey Elliot! Yes, there are Inno feet that will allow you to use those Thule square bars on your 2020 Explorer ST. Since you have the factory raised rails all you need are the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars - Raised Side Rails - Black - Qty 4 # INFR.

I have a 2025 Toyota 4-Runner with raised side rails. I used my old Thule square bars with the Inno sq bar feet. I use a Thule Halivator with it to carry a fishing kayak. it is a great setup and works well

I bought these Inno feet for my Honda. I have multiple pairs of Thule square bars and these feet are the perfect replacement for the discontinued Thule feet.

I used old square tube Thule crossbars with the Inno “foot.” I carry an Ascend H12 Kayak on my 2023 explorer (~75 lbs.) Very sturdy, strong and easy to install. Highly recommend…

I bought these for my 2024 Honda Odyssey. They fit my old Thule square load bars perfectly, and saved me the major expense of having to buy a whole new system. Glad I found them.
