Yes, Curt trailer hitch # C11326 is the correct hitch for a 2011 Saab 9-3 Convertible with single exhaust. Fun fact: for that generation, all of the motor options except 1 were turbos.
For a super-sweet 1-7/8 inch Euro style ball mount use # C45571. Or for a 2 inch use # C45572. And for trailer wiring use # C59236. I have included links to the instructions for the hitch and wiring for you.
