Question:
We just bought a 2026 Chevy Suburban Z71 this summer and were looking for a rear hatch tent that we can use to allow us to change clothes at sporting events, festivals, and the like. Ideally it can fit 2-4 persons at a time and is suitable for sun, rain, and windy conditions. Preferably would like something that can be setup in a field or parking lot, used to change, collapsed but not removed from the vehicle, setup again before leaving to change clothes, and then taken down completely. Fast, secure, weather-proof are required traits and would prefer an awning option. Something like the CVT Timber Creek Annex for Car Camping. That may be the best option but Id like to confirm that first. Thanks!

Hey Dan! I do think the CVT Timber Creek Annex for Car Camping # RG35ZV is your best option. However, four people will be pushing it and you will have to pull the poles out to break it down even if you're leaving the rest attached.
I don't know of a different option where you wouldn't have to pull the poles so that will just be part of the process each time. Once you get used to it the setup will be pretty quick so I don't see it being a major issue. To comfortably fit four people you would need a larger tent like # NA59FR but I think that is more than you want to deal with so you can just squeeze everyone in or rotate people in if you don't quite have enough space.
Now I’m curious, what kind of festivals or games are you gearing up for this season?
