Are The Two Holes On Bracket Of Ladder Rack For Enclosed Trailers PF79VR For Mounting Screws?

Question:
On the black PF79VR, are the two holes on the bracket meant for mounting? They don’t line up with anything on my trailer.

Ashley - those holes on the enclosed trailer ladder rack # PF79VR aren’t mounting holes at all. They’re factory paint-hang holes from when the aluminum uprights were hung and powder-coated. The actual mounting area is still that solid 6 inch × 2 inch pad, which is supposed to be drilled however you need to do so, so that it matches your trailer’s framing.
You’ll drill your mounting pattern yourself - that’s how PandF accommodates different trailer brands, rail sizes, and wall thicknesses.
If you want, send me a quick photo of your top rail and I can help you out more.
