For sure, Brian - both the # PF79VR black and # PF69VR silver racks are designed specifically for ladders, pipe, lumber, and similar long cargo. They span 6 foot to 8-1/2 foot wide and provide a full-width support surface so your conduit and ladders can ride together without any issues.
Just remember to secure the load with appropriate straps or stops since the racks do not include load-stop brackets. If you need some good ratchet straps, we sell the etrailer Ratchet Straps with Double-J Hooks (pack of 2 straps) # e45SV.
