Question:
What equalizers should I purchase for a 35inch wheel base 42 foot Cherokee platinum toy hualer 5th wheel tandem axle. Fully loaded, i sit about 17,500 pounds. Will all trek 4000 be sufficient. Or is the trailer to heavy and they have something better for that type of weight capacity? A part number will be helpful, thank you

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. I can certainly point you in the right direction, but there is no way to look up your camper to know exactly what equalizer it uses. RV manufacturers just are not that specific with their online literature.
The best way to determine what you will need is to measure the current equalizer. The replacement must be identical in size to the original. Knowing your wheelbase helps, but we still need precise measurements of the current equalizer. Equazliers are measured from center hole to center hole across.
So for example, the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 35" Wheelbase # MR29DR you mentioned is 8" long hole to hole. From the lower hole diagonally to the top hole is 5-7/8". From the Horizontal line to the top of the center hole is about 4-3/8".
Get me those measurements from your current equalizer and I am happy to look into it and make sure you get the right thing.

Hey Mike, were you able to get those measurements from your current equalizer? Once you have them, I can help confirm if the AllTrek 4000 is the right match for your trailer. Your update could make it easier for others working with similar setups.
