Hello Jeff; Hellwig only makes an anti-sway bar for the rear of your 2006 Chevy Express 1500 Van. You can use the Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/8" Diameter # HE78MR. Roadmaster doesn't make a front anti-sway bar for the van either, only the RM Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK17-RSSC.
Is this some kind of motorhome conversion or do you simply want more stability?
