Adapting Older Style Thule Square Bar Rack to 2012 Jeep Liberty
Updated 12/11/2025 | Published 11/18/2025 >
Question:
I bought a Thule rack system but the feet are for a RAV 4, old Square Evo bars and im looking to mount them on a 2012 Jeep Liberty. I have a Stacker kayak kit to mount on the cross bars but I would like to know what model of raised rails brackets I need. Will the TH450 work with my vehicle? Pulling out my hair trying to find them. Thank you for your help

Hey Ed, we can help! So while Thule got away from the older square bar roof rack design and moved to a channel mount we have found that Inno roof racks use the exact same square dimensions so you can use their feet part # INFR with the square bar you have now and you'd be set with a complete roof rack for your 2012 Jeep Liberty.

Hey Ed, how did things go with the Inno feet and your old square bars on the Jeep Liberty? Your update could make it easier for the next person trying to reuse their Thule setup.
