Could Yakima FreshTrack Ski Carrier Be Used Installed on a Ladder

Question:
do the mounts move? I want to mount on a ladder on the back of my van, so the mounting brackets would need to be 12 inches apart.

Hey Jerry, the mounting brackets of the Yakima FreshTrack 4 Ski and Snowboard Carrier # Y03092 do not move. Also we really can't recommend the use of this on the rear of a ladder either although I can see how it might work just fine there. It just was never tested for that.
