I’ve got a 2022 Grand Design Reflection 320MKS and want to upgrade the stock recliners. Would a pair of Thomas Payne Seismic Recliners in McCoy TP75AR left, TP72AR right fit through the entry door and work without the center console?

They sure will, Dave. Each Thomas Payne Seismic Power Recliner fits through a 26" RV door and works perfectly as a pair without any console in between. The left # TP75AR and right # TP72AR interlock using factory brackets under the seats - no adapter needed. You’ll just plug each recliner into its own AC adapter for power, heat, and massage.
