Hey Ken. The best magnetic heater for your F-250's diesel engine is going to be the Kat's Heaters Handi-Heat Magnum Magnetic Heater item # KH1190. It's designed to heat an area up to 20 square inches and is made for larger trucks like yours. It will reach temperatures up to 300°F - 400°F.
Heat transfer through the metal and ambient temperature will keep the oil in your engine from reaching this high of a temp though. The heater itself measures 5" long x 4-1/4" wide and is powered by a 120-volt AC outlet with a 3-prong plug.
How cold does it get where you're located?
